During these trying times, the auto repair industry has been considered an essential business by both the state of Massachusetts and Homeland Security.
Full Tilt Auto Body & Collision will continue to operate during normal business hours with the exception of Saturdays for the foreseeable future.
Full Tilt Auto Body & Collision is committed to keeping our employees and customers safe, and have adapted to the current situation with COVID-19 and will continue to do so by following the recommendations of the CDC.
At this time, we are offering no-contact pick up and drop off of your vehicle for all services. You may also utilize our afterhours drop box for keys in front of our office for a no-contact drop. Any documents needing to be completed for insurance claims can be sent via email to be filled out without having to step foot into our office. Upon completion, you can request no-contact pick up. We can make payment arrangements for balances owed, and we can leave pertaining documents and keys in a safe place for you to pick up if you opt to have had it delivered to you.
Every vehicle is disinfected before and after every repair. We will do so before any employee has had contact with the hot spots inside the vehicle. We will use inner car covers during the repair of the vehicle so that we are not in direct contact with the interior of your vehicle. We will remove the interior covers and reapply disinfectant before you receive your vehicle back, including your keys.
For those who decide to come into the office, we have hand sanitizer readily available for customer use. The office and waiting area are disinfected multiple times a day. This includes all counter tops, doors and door knobs, chairs and even pens.
We are also offering to write estimates without you having to step foot out of your vehicle, or even your home. We have two options to do so.
• You can fill out our Estimate Request Form and follow the instructions and upload photos of the damage. The photos and accident description will be sent directly to one of our licensed appraisers. We will write an estimate and send it back to the email provided and follow up with a phone call if further explanation is needed.
• We can write the estimate while you stay in your car! You can come to the shop at your convenience for an estimate during normal business hours. Just call the office from your car and let them know you are here for an estimate. We will gather the necessary information over the phone and send one of our licensed appraisers out to look at the vehicle. The estimate can be written up and emailed over to you.
