Unfortunately the experience was not as great as expected from the reviews. The service took longer than estimated, which is alright, but there were many errors upon pick up. Many things were incredibly easily overlooked - they weren’t glued down/attached correctly or at all. There were 4-5 things I needed fixed upon arrival that would’ve caused issues had I brought it home and it rained. There were also weird lines in some type of ink on the license plate. They additionally left a screwdriver in the rear back paneling of the car that jumped around for a week before we really nailed down where the noise was coming from. That alone was a very negative experience. I’m not sure how that happens? They did remove it when we returned but that’s bare minimum and we aren’t sure if it caused any damages in there. I couldn’t get pictures of all the defects - they did fix them when we came to pick up the car, but there were too many for the price we paid and the service we expected from these positive reviews. They did a 4.5/5 job overall, some uneven lines but a good job at making it look like what happened never did. Still, the screwdriver thing really disappointed me and the multiple fixes were unexpected.

Had work done before inspection. Dude failed me and accused me of turning the computer off instead of just, I don't know, informing me that the computer was off and advising me to come back. Instructed me to illegally drive with a red R for a hundred miles and then come back. A hundred miles. With a red R. In Massachusetts. Before the biggest snowstorm of my life. Took my money and insulted me, then was unavailable when I needed the inspection. Also extremely unwarm presence. Wouldn't go back even if you refunded me. Absolutely dumb.

I brought my 2020 Camry here after I was in a slight fender bender that left my bumper shattered. The office staff and techs were very clear and transparent about the whole repair timeline and costs. Throughout the repair I was informed that the vehicle was previously in an accident before my ownership and had cheap aftermarket parts which caused the whole bumper to shatter. Everyone there was very nice and helpful throughout the process. The car looks brand new after the work they did on it and I am very grateful. I would definitely return to this shop again.

Anyone who needs auto body work especially when it involves insurance should go here. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and will do everything in their power to advocate for you. In our case, it was a long drawn out process (due to external circumstances) but everyone at Full Tilt (especially Rachel) went far above and beyond all expectations to make sure that we had a positive outcome. i wish i had a before picture to show how great the work they did is, my car looks literally brand new! the whole staff was amazing, professional, and kind. very communicative with text and phone call updates on the status of repairs, new damage findings, and also explaining the terms of the warranty. i did end up having to bring it back for something minor afterwards but they fixed it within an hour no problem at all. to top it all off, the interior was detailed wonderfully. highly recommend full tilt!

Brought my car in for detailing and was extremely happy with the results. From my first phone call, I knew I was in good hands with Anna - she explained the process and was upfront about timing and cost. Car was ready early and the detailing job was impeccable. We discovered the windshield washers nozzles were, coincidentally, in need of replacement as they weren’t working. Matt, the co-owner, spent time to check in on my satisfaction with the detailing job, and offered to order and replace the washer nozzles. My return visit was just as pleasant - they are a trustworthy, honest, skilled, and friendly team, dedicated to deliver results. They treat your car with your best interest in mind. Highly recommend!

After a freak accident that damaged my brand new car, i was very rattled. Full Tilt's excellent service helped a lot to calm me down., They picked up my car, handled all the paperwork for the insurance, made it easy for me sign off online even though I was traveling out of the country, kept me fully informed at each stage of the repair, and delivered my vehicle back to me in a timely fashion. Everyone with whom I interacted was cheerful and courteous and I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility when I finally went to pick up my car.

The customer service and communication I received from Full Tilt made the process of having my car repaired so easy. Came to Full Tilt by word of mouth, asking what the best garage around is. Full Tilt did a professional job repairing my front bumper. It was destroyed by a 3rd party. The 3rd party insurance was responsible for the damages. I called Full Tilt and they handled everything and guided me through the process. It's always tough when dealing with insurances but dealing with Full Tilt was flawless. They did an excellent job as seen in the photos.

I brought my truck in just to have a shattered windshield replaced, so I thought. I expected this to be a simple routine repair. However, that was not at all the case. After meeting with Rachel, I learned there was a plethora of parts, checks, and tests that are involved in restoring my truck to its original, safe operating condition. She gave me confidence that I came to the right shop, so I decided to have my truck detail by them rather than bring it to the dealership, where I usually have work done. Another good decision because they exceeded my expectations. Kudos to Nicole and Anna as well for continuously giving me progress updates throughout my service experience. Far exceeded my expectations. They took a stressful situation and made it as good as an experience as they could. Not only did they have to fix my car, but they had to pull it apart to determine what the last body shop did not do/did wrong. They advocated for me with the insurance company and kept me in the loop. I received 1-2 detailed updates each week (and they had my car for 2 months). I cannot recommend them enough.

I chose to work with Full Tilt after being rear-ended. My main point of contact was with Anna. My experience with Full Tilt was very positive. From the second I asked them to take on the repairs, they took care of everything. Because I had a previous good experience with Full Tilt, I returned for a minor repair to my Toyota Tundra. I dealt with Rachel and Nicole. Both were very courteous and professional. My truck was repaired on time and as promised. I left there very satisfied with both my vehicle and the customer service I received.

I could not be happier with the work done to my hybrid car to remedy mold, rodent & water damage. It had to be torn apart and put back together. Everyone at Full Tilt is highly skilled, knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Full tilt did absolutely amazing work on my car that was hit by a tractor-trailer. They did everything to ease the stress off my shoulders from figuring out the insurance company and communicating with them to giving me weekly updates on my car and the status of it being repaired. When I received my car back it looked BRAND NEW FROM THE INSIDE OUT!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had some small dents, mainly on the hood of my car after a hail storm and took it to an autobody shop for repair. They said they’d need to replace the hood and paint the vehicle. I felt that was a bit excessive for about 15-20 small dents but the technician explained they don’t “push out” dents at his shop. I said something to the receptionist and she gave me the names of two other autobody shops nearby which might repair the dents without having to replace the hood. I read reviews and chose Full Tilt Auto Body & Collision in Hatfield, MA. Matt at Full Tilt said they do have someone who handles dents and after looking at the car said that would be the way to go. He was knowledgeable, friendly, explained everything and more. The receptionist, Katherine, was also very helpful, personable and responsive. I picked up my car recently and it looked like it did when I drove it off the lot when it was new. The outside looks great and they detailed the inside-clean as a whistle. Definitely recommend Full Tilt.

It's about time that I updated my opinion with Full Tilt Auto Body. I left a scathing review because I did not like the response they gave on a question regarding my leaking sunroof on my 2009 Ford Escape. I admit now that was premature and infantile. A couple of years later, I turned to them for help regarding an accident in which I was rear-ended and my vehicle, a 2022 Pathfinder was totaled. They took the reins and I was able to relax, and it was the best company I could have contacted concerning my dilemma. Special regards to Stephanie and Melissa, who were so empathic to my pain. I truly would not contact anyone else if I needed them.

I was very pleased with Full Tilt customer service (Hannah and Johanna) for they were knowledgeable, friendly and reassured me that my brand new Toyota (rear end accident, ugh!) would be in good hands. context: My truck got totaled after the most frustrating 7 months ever Despite that, this was an unbelievably amazing experience with Full Tilt. Despite them not even repairing my vehicle I would wholeheartedly recommend them and will return myself. Every week I received an update by text message on the status of my truck, and if I had additional questions I got responses within 24 hours. When things got messy with my insurance company, they went above and beyond fighting for me and what I deserved. Unlike the insurance company which tried to hide behind my ignorance of the laws regarding how insurance, car repairs, and the like work, Full Tilt took the time to educate me and provide me with the resources I needed. There could not have been a worse outcome from this interaction for me. And yet, I will always go here for any body work needs again. That's how good the service is.

Full Tilt auto body did an amazing job on my truck! No corners cut at this body shop! They made sure everything was repaired that needed to be, no matter how big or small! Communication on the process of the repairs was constant, and I was informed of everything every step of the way! They also fought the insurance company on my behalf to make sure I received everything that was owed to me! I am a Full Tilter for life! Thank you for your hard work and attention to detail! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Full Tilt. Their body work on my previous vehicle was excellent, so I returned when my van was hit by a moose. They texted updates at every step of the process from the moment they received my vehicle and kept me informed of my rights and what to expect next. Then, when my van was deemed a total loss, they sent me comps and the NADA price so I knew what I should be getting for it from my insurance company. I used their research to get more than $500 more for my van! They also informed me that it was very unusual for my insurance to charge me for storage fees, and I was able to bring that to my insurance and they did not end up charging me the extra $60/day they deemed beyond "reasonable." Full Tilt saved me close to $1,000! Their office staff is friendly and professional. I am so appreciative of their expertise and advise, I want to tell everyone! Thank you!!

Highly Recommend this body shop, particularly for premium brand vehicles. I was steered there by Roland at Audiwerks, who I trust. The damage to my Audi was quite a bit more extensive than was evident to the untrained eye, even to the appraiser. The appraiser came back and agreed that the identified damage was legitimate. Specifically, my recommendation is based on Full Tilt's attention to detail and on quality of workmanship. There is a trade off in that they are busy shop, and take the time to do things right. For me the work took longer than I would have liked, but I quite literally feel like they went above and beyond and made my car feel and drive new again, so I am endorsing them unreservedly.

These guys are amazing! I had to bring my vehicle to full tilt after the door was backed into. Throughout the entire repair process, they were extremely communicative, professional, and helpful. I had my Audi S5 repainted by the Full Tilt team to fix wear and tear on the front end paint at 60k miles. The front end was painted, blending through the doors, as well as a paint correction on the rest of the car. Dents and dings were also cleaned up. This was discretionary by me and not an insurance job. The car came out FANTASTIC. I cannot say enough good things about the job done by the team at Full Tilt. My car looks new again and is ready for the next 60k miles of driving. In addition to the top quality work, the Full Tilt team’s communication was easy and clear. They spent a bunch of time with me before the job to ensure they did what I wanted and offered me options so I could decide how much work to do (and balance out the cost). If I had to do it again, I most certainly would. Full Tilt is a great shop that can certainly be trusted. It’s clear that they care about their customers and the quality of work they do. From the moment I stopped in they were impressive. The customer service people were very informative and friendly. They kept me informed with updates about every other day. This mis all great before they even touched my car. Excellent job totally. This was an older vehicle ( 2005 ) and they found all the parts needed. Even the cost was quite economical. Full Tilt did a fantastic job repairing AND caring for my 2021 Tacoma. I was a bit nervous bringing it anywhere because of a lot of custom lighting & wiring, and was worried it wouldn't get put back together as needly, since I spend a lot of time hiding and routing all the wiring but they delivered and I could not have been happier or more impressed. Outstanding job! Oh, almost forgot to mention they repaired the damage as well but I already knew, that wouldn't be a challenge for them. Great job Full Tilt!!

It was a tricky job requiring two subcontractors. There were 2 or 3 small but deep narrow dings between the driver's door handle and door edge and Dent Wizard did an amazingly perfect job. Repair also included re-skinning the whole door afterward with 3M paint protection film and Protection Plus did their usual magic with the film. The repair is impossible to detect. Paint and metal look like they just came out of the factory. Perfect match too! As you can see from the photo, the repair is invisible.

Was recommended after a minor accident did some cosmetic damage. Experience from start to finish was positive, despite the length of time it took (about 2.5 months). They were clear from the start about the expectations on timing however and they took car of all of the behind the scene details (talk to insurance companies, the rental pick up/drop off). Their communication was absolutely out of this world- I was updated regularly, even if it was no news! We were in the best hands and would use them again and recommend them to everyone! Our car looks great!

Highly recommend for superior customer service and work!

My car is a 2007 we with only 26,000 miles because it had been sitting outside for some time. Unfortunately it was sitting uncovered and being beaten down by the sun. It took some time to find a shop that I trusted and am overjoyed I found Matthew and the guys at Full Tilt Auto. I have never dealt with a shop that seems just as concerned about your vehicle as the owner and are unsurpassed when it comes to thoroughness and attention to detail. After being involved in your first car accident, you are left feeling stressed, worried, and with a lot of decisions to make. The best decision I made was choosing Full Tilt as the auto body shop to repair the damages to my car. The entire team went above and beyond for me in ways that I can’t thank them enough for. I don’t even know where to start! Several other shops weren’t even willing to get my vehicle in the same day or even look at it for well over a month even after I explained that it wasn’t drivable. Full Tilt was honest and transparent with me from the start- letting me know they could get my vehicle towed to their shop the same day I called in and would let me know as soon as my possible when my vehicle could get looked at. This was a huge relief from the start. I was given timely and detailed updates throughout every step of the repair process. The shop gave me all the knowledge and information I needed to make an informed decision with which insurance company to go through since there were policy limits and two insurance companies involved before I chose to go through my own insurance. They even went to bat for me (repeatedly) when I was dealing with an awful 3rd party responsible for my rental. This alone helped tremendously with the stress I was dealing with when said 3rd party was giving me an extremely hard time extending the rental. The shop had my back back the entire time. My vehicle was at the threshold of being deemed a total loss and it was returned to me in excellent condition. My car looks and runs better than it did before for the accident. The quality of work is OUTSTANDING. It’s been over 2 weeks since I got my car back and I’m still in shock at how amazing it looks and feels to drive. I didn’t think I could fully trust a body shop until my car ended up at Full Tilt. They truly have the customers best interest in mind and will work with you every step of the way. Excellent customer service - I got weekly text updates with a step-by-step break down of exactly where my car was in the repair process. They communicated directly with the insurance company as well as the rental car company, I was even able to drop the rental off at Full Tilt instead of at Enterprise. The front staff literally rescued me and my wife from being abused by the insurance companies and TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING!!! I was involved in a motor vehicle accident and had my vehicle towed to Full Tilt. The staff there is knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me through the entire process and my vehicle ended up being a total loss. They were helpful making sure I was well informed of all my options, and were extremely knowledgeable about the value of vehicles and how insurance companies are your best friends until you have a claim with them. They made sure I was armed with the information I needed to get what my SUV was really worth from my insurance company. In the future if I need any body work done to my vehicle, there's no other place I would take it other than to Full Tilt.

I had an after market bumper that was powder coated sanded smooth, primed, color matched and then clear coated. I also had a winch installed that was colored matched as well. Full Tilt did a "hail mary" patch job for me -- there was rot and it was challenging to make it hold and look half decent. When the repair failed within a few weeks, they cheerfully re-did it for me at no charge and went above and beyond the original repair to make sure it would hold. Now that's service!

Incredible experience with Full Tilt! I was rear-ended in what was originally thought to be a minor accident. Insurance company attempted to steer my business to one of their "preferred shops" for what would have been an unsafe repair. FULL TILT IS LIT 🔥 I can’t express in words how fantastic the staff is and how great of a job they did on my vehicle. This was my first time involved in an accident and both Alyssa and Taylor (receptionists) were super friendly and made my experience stress free. What I loved most was that staff would call me me to give me updates on my cars status. My car was scheduled for pickup for Tuesday but being how hard working the staff is, my car was ready for pickup for Monday afternoon. My car was PERFECT WHEN I GOT IT 😍 The grill was like brand new and they even took care of a scratch on the side of the car which was unrelated to my cars service. They took the time to wax, vacuum, and polish the inside of the vehicle. I would highly recommend their services everyday of the week and twice on Sunday. Thank you guys so very much. I was involved in a car accident in which I was rear ended and not at fault. I had it towed to their lot because I lived in Easthampton. Their guidance and customer service throughout the process was outstanding. They pursued the insurance of the person that hit me and were a TREMENDOUS help in bringing the situation to resolution. They not only insured that I got a rental, they sought the proper claim information so I would not have to pay for it out of my pocket. They even got in extended when it took longer than expected. Megan in their front office was AMAZING. It turned out that the vehicle was totaled and they weren't even able to fix the car, but they never let up on the courteous helpful service. Don't know how I would have gotten through it without them. They have certainly earned my business should I ever have a need again.

Full Tilt has been my go to shop whenever I need something fixed. My 2021 Toyota Highlander needed a bit of TLC after a mailbox encounter. On my initial visit, I was greeted by Anna and was treated very professionally and courteously. . Anna kept me in the loop by frequently checking in with me on the progress of the repairs. She is a wonderful asset to the Full Tilt team. When I picked up my car, I was more than pleased! Zak and his crew not only fixed the damage but touched up every bit of cosmetic issue they could find! They also cleaned the car to the point of it looking brand new inside and out! These guys are a top notch crew and I highly recommend a visit to them when you need your car fixed. They will be my go to guys whenever I have a car that needs some work!

I went to these guys when they first opened their shop. Had wheel well rust in front of both rear wheels on my car. They gave me a very low estimate which got progressively higher as they did the work, getting as high as more established shops (whom I would have used if costs would be the same). I asked if the final work needed to be painted to make it rustproof or if that was just aesthetic. They said it was just aesthetic, so to save some money, I didnt have them paint it. A few months later, the wheel wells started to rust. I found out from a mechanic that painting IS what seals it, so it was a total waste of money. I complained to them, but instead of taking responsibility, they only offered to make another estimate for a new job. The cheap sheet metal they used is thoroughly rusted though. Thanks guys. Terrible. In response to Full Tilt reply: the replaced metal started to rust a few months later, and I was told I would need to pay to have it redone. Obviously if they had offered to redo the job gratis, I wouldnt be posting this. And if rust jobs are an art, not a science, then I guess they're lousy artists. I didnt post a review 4 years ago since I didnt associate them with the internet. Obviously I'm not the only one not to post a timely review if they've had lots of customers but only 3 reviews.

They don't charge you for the time they take to test drive your vehicle or bring it from one location to another. They are quick, available on short notice, always offer to show you the old parts they replaced, and they always give you a quote before a job.
