Limited Lifetime Warranty

At Full Tilt Auto Body & Collision, we take immense pride in the quality of our collision repair services. As a family-owned and operated full-service collision center in West Hatfield, MA, since 2008, we have been recognized as the "Best in the Valley" in Body Work & Auto Painting since 2013. To demonstrate our commitment to excellence, we offer this Limited Lifetime Warranty on all collision repairs performed by our facility.

Warranty Coverage

This Limited Lifetime Warranty is provided to the original customer and applies for as long as you own the vehicle. It covers the following areas:

1. Metalwork. We provide a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all metalwork and framework, including welding and the application of materials used in collision repairs, against defects such as cracking, flaking, pitting, or deterioration. This warranty does not cover rust or corrosion.

2. Painting, Stripes, and Decals. We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on painting-related priming and paintwork against issues like solvent blistering, peeling, hazing, and excessive loss of pigmentation. The application and adhesion of decorative stripes and decals are also covered. Paint imperfections or deformations caused by corrosion are not covered under this warranty.

3. Mechanical Repairs. We provide a one-year Limited Warranty on all mechanical repairs directly related to the original collision damage.

4. Parts. All new parts installed by our facility carry the warranty provided by the manufacturer. This warranty does not extend beyond the manufacturer's warranty.

Exclusions

This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

• Incidental costs such as towing fees, car rental charges, travel expenses, or assemblies and components not specifically covered by this warranty.
• Consequential damages, including damage to other assemblies and components resulting from a defective part installed or repaired during the collision repair.
• Rust, surface rust, and damage caused by rusting of interior or exterior panels.
• Paint imperfections or deformations due to corrosion.
• Damage resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.

Customer Obligations

To benefit from this warranty, the vehicle owner must:

• Refer to the work order number provided on the final bill of repair when requesting warranty service.
• Have any warranted repair, adjustment, or inspection made only at Full Tilt Auto Body & Collision during normal business hours.

Nullification

This warranty becomes null and void if:

• The repair is altered, adjusted, or tampered with by any person not authorized by Full Tilt Auto Body & Collision.
• The original owner does not present any warranty claims directly to Full Tilt Auto Body & Collision. This warranty applies only to the original owner and is non-transferable.
